BILLS ARE DUE ON THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH. A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY ACCOUNT NOT PAID ON THE 21ST. WE WILL NEED TO HAVE PAYMENTS NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM SEPTEMBER 23RD. IF NOT PAID, THERE WILL BE A $40 NON-PAYMENT CHARGE TO THE ACCOUNT, AND WILL BE CUTOFF THE NEXT MORNING.
