Payment Through Online Bill Pay

Alert - If you are paying your bill online - Only the non-zero digits at the end of your account number.  For example, if your account number is 01-002455; only enter 2455.

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Alternatively, SCWSA now offers an on-line bill payment service through our website!  We recognize our customers are located throughout Saluda County.  Many times it may not be convenient for you to visit us at our office in Saluda.  This allows you the ability to pay your water and/or sewer bill remotely, 24/7.  Your payment will be received by SCWSA immediately, even when our office is closed.  While SCWSA has chosen not to charge an additional fee associated with operating this on-line bill payment service; our third-party provider will be adding a convenience charge based on the specific service you select.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCWSA ON-LINE BILL PAYMENT SERVICE: Be sure the url address is scwsa.com/bill-payment. Other bill pay addresses are not affiliated with SCWSA and payments are not guaranteed through any other bill pay site. In order to pay your bill on-line, you will need the correct SCWSA account number and the last four digits of your phone number.  In the upper right corner on any page of our web site there will be a green button stating, "PAY ON-LINE."  Simply click this button, and you will be directed to our bill payment options web page.  Next, click the red button stating, "Pay your bill now."  You will be connected to our third party on-line bill payment service’s website.  Follow the simple, three-step process to pay your bill.

We ask that all of our customers confirm their account and phone numbers on file before using our on-line bill payment service.  Several customers are still using outdated account numbers, even with their bank's on-line payment service.  SCWSA wants to avoid a payment being posted to the wrong account.  Once a payment is incorrectly posted it will be difficult for SCWSA to identify where the customer intended the payment to be made.  Therefore, before you pay on-line we ask that you call our office first, (864) 445-9572, to confirm that you are using the correct SCWSA account number.
